Friday Specials at the Maritime Market - 4/14
Good Morning Fellow Islanders!
It's 64 degrees on the front porch this morning, with a light northerly
breeze stirring in the palms and a few early birds singing to the waning
moon high in the sky. We've had an incredible run of gorgeous spring days
this week, and the run continues today, with mostly sunny skies, light
northeasterly breezes, and highs in the low 70's. We'll drop to the low
60's tonight, and warm to the mid 70's tomorrow, with mostly sunny skies,
light southerly breezes and no chance of rain in the forecast. For Easter
Sunday, look for more of the same, with a touch more breeze coming off the
water. High tide will peak at about 10:30 this morning, and low tide will
occur around 4:15 this afternoon.
For breakfast this morning, Chef Marc is making our delcicous Belgian
waffles, topped with fresh strawberries & whipped cream, and served with a
side of our crispy applewood smoked bacon for only $5.95. For Lunch today,
Marc is featuring a smoked beef brisket sandwich with pepper jack cheese
and barbecue sauce on a brioche roll, with a side of our house made potato
chips for just $9.95. Friday's hot bar theme is "Seafood"! You can also
order all of our regular menu items at www.maritimetogo.com, and
those items will be ready by the time you arrive.
The Ice Cream Shop is now open, and we're also serving cocktails on the new
Forest Pavilion. Chef Marc has also put together an appetizer menu for the
Pavilion, and a dinner menu for the Cafe, so come and join us! Some of the
menu selections include a charcuterie & cheese plate, a Cape Fear flatbread
with brie, lobster, arugula & truffle oil, and a few other surprises. All
are available until closing (8pm).
Grayson Murray started strong yesterday at the PGA Tour's RBC Heritiage
Classic at Harbor Town in Hilton Head. He's currently at -4, and tied for
11th place. You can catch all of the 2nd round action on the Golf Channel

performance polos from Bald Head Blues :)

orchestrate the weekend and to help house the pirates! Also, donations are
greatly appreciated to help off-set the costs of travel & housing. Please
reach out to Sandy at email@example.com.
